Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 2 business days from receipt; orders placed after 12 p.m. EST will be processed the following business day (not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed after Friday 12 p.m. EST are shipped on or before the following Tuesday.

For customers within the continental U.S. please allow up to 5 business days after order was shipped for delivery.

If an item is out of stock at the time your order is placed, we will notify you if and when the item will be available prior to shipping your order.

Domestic US shipping is $10 for 1 item and free for order of $350.00 or more. 

International shipping charge will be calculated at check out point. Additional  taxes and/or import duties applied by country of destination are not included. 

RETURNS

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once we approve your return you have 15 more days to ship it back to us. Returns shipped after that will be entitled to store credit only. 


Please contact us here to start the return process, or call the number at the bottom of this page. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted :

-For Domestic US parcels: we’ll send you a USPS return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted neither we will responsible for packages lost sent with different label or different carrier. 

-For International parcels: we will send you an address where to send as well as instructions on how to send your package however according to your country you can use a carrier of your choice. We ask you to send us a tracking number of shipped return however items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted neither we will be responsible for packages lost sent at different or wrong address or with carrier not providing a tracking number. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale and clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchange.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for personalized or special orders.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
